NatureIn® and DV® are our naturally-derived vinegar-based antimicrobials. Available as liquid (NatureIn®), dry (DV®), in combination with lemon juice concentrate, reduced sodium, no sodium, certified organic, and Non-GMO versions.
We innovated and developed the naturally-derived vinegar antimicrobials category in 2005. This was an industry transformation that we led, and all others followed. WTI holds patents for our dried vinegar, DV® (Patent U.S. 11,696,587, 12,041,945).
NatureIn® and DV® inhibit the growth of pathogens, such as Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens, Clostridium botulinum and Bacillus cereus.
NatureIn® and DV® extend shelf-life, primary and secondary, and reduce food waste in a variety of food items. These ingredients suppress the growth of yeast, mold, and other spoilage organisms.
80% of consumers surveyed preferred the taste of WTI’s vinegar-based products over that of chemical preservatives and a competing vinegar in the marketplace, indicating that our products have a fresher, brighter taste, and a more balanced flavor.
