Organic Label

This organic liquid and dry product line is made of vinegar that inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria, as well as molds, yeasts, and other spoilage organisms.

In further-processed applications, it inhibits the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, a foodborne pathogenic bacteria associated with ready to eat beef, pork, poultry and seafood, and enhances the organoleptic properties of both fresh and further-processed foods.
