WTI Product Line

Our clean label antimicrobial line – recognized as all natural by the USDA – is made of vinegar and fruit juice concentrates that inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, as well as molds, yeasts and spoilage organisms.

In further-processed applications, the NatureIn line inhibits the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, a foodborne pathogenic bacteria associated with ready to eat beef, pork, poultry and seafood. Additionally, the NatureIn line enhances the organoleptic properties of both fresh and further-processed foods.
