Ional Product Line

IONAL LC (Listeria control) is a buffered sodium citrate and sodium diacetate blend specifically formulated to inhibit the growth ofListeria monocytogenes for antimicrobial and pathogen protection. IONAL LC stabilizes the color and flavor of muscle proteins while improving water-holding capabilities as a result of its superior ionic strength. IONAL LC can be directly added, injected, tumbled, sprayed, or dredged onto or into fresh beef, pork, poultry and seafood.
